TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Cunsumers:

1)Scope of application, contract
*These terms and conditions of the ASAHI & CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as Seller) shall apply to all contracts
concluded between a consumer (hereinafter referred as Client) and the Seller relating all goods and/or services
presented in the website of the Seller
*Contraction is confirmed when Client sends order confirmation to Seller or send artwork to seller for requesting make counter sample/sample photo/proceeding order

2)Language
The contractual language is Japanese or English.

3)Prices
*Prices are quoted by Seller on each Client quotation.
*Prices are only valid for each order.
*Prices indicated/advised do not include value-added tax.
*For deliveries to oversea, Additional costs may arise which are behind the Seller's control.
They shall be borne by the Client. Such as money transfer costs, customs duties, or import taxes,
domestic handling charges.
*Delivery costs will be informed by Seller in case of Client requests in his/her enquiry.
*Client can pay shipping costs as "correct" shipping charges as well. In that case. Seller will not charge shipping cost from Japan to client's address.
*Prices(include shipping cost if requested) may changed without any information before contract due to currency exchange rate,
material cost or other causes.
*All Prices and costs informed by Seller are nonnegotiable.

4)Withdraw
*Client can withdraw order free before contract.
*After contract, Seller request cancel charge according with proceeding stage.

5)Payment
Payment should be done before shipping.

6)Quality control
*All of goods will be inspected at Japanese inspector factory with Seller's standard.

7)Shipment
*Seller ship each order by appropriate way what discussed/agreed with Client.
*Seller is not responsible for unexpected accident during international/domestic transportation.

8)Deffective, Compensation and replace
*Seller is not responsible for damages occurred during transportation.
*In case of deffective find due to production, Compensation will be done as replace or refound.
*Deffectives or accidents should be claimed within 7 working days after arrival.
*Replace or refound will be apply to deffective quantity only.
*Seller is responsible for only orderd item's value. Seller will not compensate any costs what Client spend such as advertise, making artwork, expected profit, etc.

9)Sexual expression and copylight
*Seller do not accept if artwork interferes with Japanese law for sexual expression and copylight. If such problems with provided artwork by Client are found during proceeding order, Order will be stopped and all of costs for proceeding for the step will be claimed.
*Seller is not responsible for checking, confirming or guarantee artwork what provided by Client is/are clear law for sexual expression, copylight in any state where related for orders/projects.
*Seller is not responsible for any problem due to artwork with custom clearance at Janapnese/the State where the Client is domiciled.

10) Law and Jurisdiction
If a Client acts as a consumer pursuant to above sections, any contractual relationships between the parties are governed by Japanese law and the courts of the State where the Client is domiciled will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these relationships.
